SENTENCE ON A SOLDIER
It is announced in Featherston Camp orders that tho finding of a district court-martial in the caso of No. 12/4220 l'te. William Myhill, Featherston Details, found guilty of "conduct to the prejudice of good order and military discipline in that when ordered to join F Company, 33rd Eeinforcements, lie refused to do so," and sentenced to undergo detention for one huudral and sixty-eight hours. Tho sentenco was confirmed at Wellington on December 17, but was mitigated so that, if tho accused embarks for active service outside of New Zealand before tbo expiration of his sentence, the unexpired portion (if any) of the sentence shall be remitted on arrival at the overseas base of the unit which he is attached, and his records endorsed accordingly.
