No fresh developments of major importance are reported ft cm the main battlefronts to-day. The Western front is ice-bound, the snow is lying a foot deep, and the soldiers are enjoying a well-earned rest. Heavy fighting Is xeportod from the Italian front, where two Austro-German attacks were driven off, with heavy losses to the enemy. In Bussia the eitaation, politically, is unchanged. Warring factions continuo to multiply, still further obscuring the main issues of the Revolution. The lielshevik Government has declared war on the Ukraine. There has been a big air-raid on London, from sixteen to twenty German machines being ongaged. No material damage was done. [
