ANTARCTIC HERO SINKS SUBMARINE. The circumstances in which { he D.S.O. was granted tn LieutenantCommander Frank Worsley, late of the Shackleton Antarctic Expedition, are narrated in ft letter received here from the High Commissioner. He came to- New Zenland with Sir Ernest Shackleton in connection with the. relief expedition to the Boss Sfl«. and then hurried tn England to take service with the Admiralty. ,„ ■ . "A New Zoabinder named worslay commanded a submarine, and was sent to take care of an oil steamer," writes the High Commissioner. "Accompanying him was a British destroyer.
