FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present indications are for moderate to strong easterly winds, changing to freshening northerlies, weather warm and humid, with increasing cloudiness and rain following in many parts. The barometer is falling everywhere. A disturbance centred off East Cape has been responsible for squally and unsettled weather, especially on tho East Coast of the North Island, during tlio past few days.
