ST. CEEMENCEAU GIVES EVIDENCE. PariSi December 18. M. Clemenceau, giving evidence beforo the Committee of Inquiry into tlio charges against M. Caillaux, intimated that the Government would resign unless tlin Chamber suspended Caillaux's Parliamentary immunity to enablo the charges to bo investigated.
