The armistice extends from noon of December 17 to Jaiiuarv 14, and applies to the Rus-sian-Turkish theatres in Asia. The armistice prescribes the conditions for the development of fraternisation. Intercourse is permissible between si u irise and sunset in certain places, where not more than twenty-fivo unarmed persons may assemble simultaneously to exchange newspapers and letters. Seven Armistice Commissions shall meet at M'ga, Dvinslc, Brest Litov'sk Berditchev, Kolosvar, Focsani, and Odessa, to icarry out tho details.
