MAGISTRATE'S COURT
.Mr. S. E. M'Carthy, S.M., held a sitting of the Magistrate's Court on Saturday morn'ne. Phyllis Gilboy was remanded till December 19 on a charge of obtaining drapery by false pretence. Thomas Mein was fined £2, in default seven days 1 imprisonment, for disorderly behaviour while drunk. Robert Charles Collins was fined £], with costs 75., for failuro to affix a number to a. motor-cycle. Norman John Henry Strawbridge was .fined £2, with costs £1 lis., for negligently motoring in Willis Street. George Thomas Ashley was convicted of obstructing a parade of military caxlets and'was ordered to appear for sentence when called on.
