HOLLAND AND THE ALLIES
FUTURE OF THE SCHELDT NAVIGATION RIGHTS. (Rec December 14, 5.5 p.m. , ) London, December 13. In the House of Commons, Mr. J. KW drew attention to the renewed discussion in Holland concerning possible intentions of the Allies regarding future rights over the navigation of the Scheldt in Dutch territory. Lord Robert Cecil (Imder-Secrotary, for Foreign Affairs) replied that there had never been jigy intention to interfere with the independence and integrity of Holland or her possessions — Router.
