U-BOAT OUTRAGE ON SPANISH STEAMER
PUBLIC ANGER IN SPAIN. (Rec. December 12, 7 p.m.) London, December 11. There is great indignation in Spain owing to the action of German submarines in shelling a Spanish steamer at Claudio, fifty miles off Finisterre. Tho shots killed eight of the crew, miuring others, and seriously damaging the ship. The Spanish Government is protesting to Germany.—Router. ,
