Yesterday was'-another glorious summer day, described in the official bulletin of the' Meteorological Department ■as "fair, warm and humid." In the northern and southern portions of the country, the weather was. unsettled and ehowery, aud there was a general fall in the barometer. Preeont indications are for increasing northerly winds generally. Increasing cloudiness may be expected, with a change following and rain in many parts of the Dominion'. , '
