Duned.'n, December 5, The directors of tlie Union Company in the annual report recommend the "payment of the balance of the dividend on preference shares of 2} per cent., making 5$ per cent, for the year, and a dividend of 6 per cent., on ordinary shares, mating 10 per cent, for the year.
