Morooney, bank accountant, Commercial Bank of Australia (till February); Jaines Joseph Fox (till Marcli): Stanley Midgley, hat maker, Lynn Road (till March); Patrick M'Mahon, brickmaker, Ghuznen Street (sine die); William Langridge, woollen spinner, Petone (till January); John Murray, sheep and dairy farmer; Edward James Prothcroe, marine engineer (sino die); John D. B. M'Hnffic, telephone linesman, Tasman Street (till Marcli); James H. M'Kay, telegraphist, Walter Streot (till March); John Alexander Main, clerk. Marnnui (till March); Joseph D. Peart, hardware assistant, KhaiiduM (till March). The appeal of Thomas J. Mulligan, Civil Servant. Bculcott Street, was allowed, liccause appellant was not a reservist.

iAn application by Private J. P. Kildare (Trent-ham) for n further hearing was granted, and the appeal allowed.
