EXPLOSIVES PLOT IN IRELAND
DEADLY LUGGAGE CARRIED BY TWO BOYS. London, December 4. The Irish police have discovered a plot to import high explosives from Glasgow. Two boys landed at Donegal carrying a portmanteau containing sufficient explosives to blow up most of tho public buildingß in Dublin. _ One boy carried dispatches in tho lining of his coat.
