An official report from East Africa statos:—"General Van der Venter, on December 1. reported: Reconnaissances definitely snow. that German East Africa has been completely cleared of tho enemy. Thus the whole of the German oversew possessions has passed into our bands and those / of tho Belgians. A small German regiment has taken refuge in Portuguese territories, and measures have Dean taken to deal with it. Our captures during November totalled 1115 Germanß and 8382 native fighters.
