THE WEATHER
FORECAST AND SUMMARY AT 4 P.M. YESTERDAY. Present' indications are for moderate to strong south-eaßterly winds, backing by east to northerlics shortly. Wcathor cloudy to overcast at times, with scattered showers, especially in the East Coast districts. Barometer little movement at present. Fair and warm weather lias prevailed generally, but drizzly rain has been reported at scattered stations. Easterly winds, strong to gale, have ruled, in the northernmost districts, and variablo breezes elsewhere.
