'- Messrs. Dalgety and Company,' Limited, report having held their fortnightly sale at the Upper Hutt on Thursday, when they offered'a fair yarding of cattle, most of -which eventually found buyerß, ,although bidding was slow. Prices realised were:—Forward cows, to £10 155.; 'store cowb, £7 to £8 12a.;. empty store heif'ers, £5 to £7 155.; three-year steers, to ,£lO 10s.; young bulls, to £7 75.; springing .cows, to £12 10s.; springing heifers, to £14; pony marc, £6 6s.
