SEASIDE HOUSES
THE CAiL OP THE BEACH. . . Seaside residents have • been experiencing ideal weather conditions during the past few weeks—sunny days and the absence of strong winds, making lifo on the waterfront a welcome change from the cold and wet of spring. Since last summer quite a number of new residences have been built, particularly. at Day's Bay and Rona Bay, and this in spite of high' prices and general shortage of building material. Until recently the great drawback to life in the Wellington suburbs has been the lack of house-lighting facilities, but the advent of the "Wizard" Light has filled this want, and already over lOC suburban homes have been fitted with "Wizard" Lighting Sy6tem6. No other lighting 6ystem on the market can compare with _ tho "Wizard" for convenience, efficiency, and low-running cost The initial cost of the plant is small, complete installations being supplied from ,£ls upward?, and or.:e installed the, lamps are so economical that they save money every time they are lighted. ■i Some idea of the great demand for "Wizard" Lighting Systems may be obtained from the fact that Messrs. Early Bros., tho New Zealand agents, havo sola 138 complete "Wizard" Systems from their Wellington office alone diiring thfe pn6t month, and 3000 plants have been 6old in New Zealand in three years. "Wizard" lamps light with an ordinary match, they arc fly and moth proof, and have an automatic needlo to leap the jet clean. Tho lamps are fully covered by patents and cannot he copied. Gas rings, gas stoves and ovens, and gas fires can be supplied with "Wizard' Systems that compare more than favourably wilh those used with coal gas, and the "Wizard" Gas has the great .advantages (hat it is chaaper, gives a greater heat, and is entirely free from fumes. "Wizard" Gas Fires, which are a new patent, can be used in a room without o. chimney, there is no smell or dirt, and twice the amount of heat is obtained.
Country and suburban tesidonts should ■write to Early Bros., Ltd., 187 Featherston Streot, Wellington, for full particulars of the "Wizard" Light. The purchase of a "Wizard''' Lighting System it a permanent, profitable investment, not ah oxponse.—(Published by arrangement.)
