ANOTHER BREACH OF HAGUE CONVENTION London, November 29. An Italian official message states: "There is .reciprocal artillery action' on the whole front.' Our batteries carried out a destructive: bombardment of enemy boats on the Lower Piave. We heavily repulsed enemy attacks at the confluence of the Suscize afld Vojussa, in Albania."—Router. ■ :
