Sellar Johnston was sentenced lo three months' imprisonment for tho thefi ot a bottle of brandy, valued at 14b., tho property of the Union Steam Ship Company. : Walter Turner was remanded till Decomber 5 on a charge of the theft of a brief bag, a. piece of ham, two dressed fowls, and two pieces of fi6h, the property of Komcono unknown. Eric Balfour Young was remanded till Monday on a charge of being an idle and disorderly person.
