The Otalii St. John Ambulance and Red Cross workers have sent to the committee at tho Star Boating Club an admirable outfit which took lirst prize at the AVanganui Agricultural Show, where there was a special class and prizes for Red Cross work. Tho "tailor work" of the dressing gown, hospital suits, and shirts is quite professionally done, while the slippers, bandages, treasure bag, and bed equipment areof tho best material and workmanship. Tho' prize shirt was also an Otaki one, and the second prize woollon scarf, the whole forming a splendid contribution to the St. John Ambulance goods, and greatly appreciated by. the AVellington Committee. Washing-day makes the hands red and rough, but if you apply' Sydal, redness and roughness will disappear._ Sydal is not a greasy face cream—it is a cool jelly-like emollient, and makes the hands and arms soft and white. Doesn't make hair grow either. A 2s. jar lasts three months—get it from any chemist's or store.—Advt.
