The standard ratos monthly of wages fixed for vessels of over 200 tons are as follow:—Carpenters, £14; donkoymen and storekeepers, £13; boatswains, greasers, and leading firemen, £12 10s.; boatswains-mates, lamntrimmors, quartermasters, and firemen, £12; ablo seamen, £11 10s—Aus.N.Z. Cablo Assn.-B'Outer.
