By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, November 28. The Otago Summer Sliow opened today.in good weather. The entries wore pood, though less than last year, and the quality was well tip to tho usual standard, especially in Shorthorn cattle and breeding Clydesdales. Competition in sheep was somewhat restricted. Some very fino young Clydesdales were shown. :, :
Tho following championships were awarded: —
Clydesdale marc—ll. Watson, Taitapu. Channel Island bull and cow— J. Hellrer, North-east Harbour. Shorthorn 'bull and cow— J. Nixon, Killinchr. Ayrshire hull and cow—Weir Bros., Pukehlki.
Frieaian bull and cow—A. Elworthy, Timarii.
/ Fat cattle—P. Clent, Bnlcluthn
Shropshire, ewe—W. Gardiner, junr., Panakaio.
Border Leicester, Tam ami ewe—T. S Little, Windsor
Ronvney Marsh, rara and ewe—D, Murray,' Clydcvale.
