A HOTBED oTeSPIONAGE AND INCENDIARISM SWITZERLAND SIMMERING WITH TROUBLE. . ■ Paris, November 27. The "Matin's" Zurich correspondent writes: —German Switzerland is becoming a hotbed of espionage and incendiarism. Several bomb plots have been discovered. One aimed at tho wholesale destruction of railways and stations. A large quantity of ether and petrol bombs, wero found in a passenger train between Zurich and Schnffhouso. Arrests resulted in the disclosue of a spying organisation at Zurich similar to that at Lugano, which implicated a man who had been a German Consul. Tho "Vollcsrecht," a Socialist newspaper, asserts that the organisation is really a criminal one, which contemplates a series of city and railway murders. There is reason to believo that the police are the instigators, and shared in tho sanguinary outbreak on November 17.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
