o CONFERENCE OPENS TO-DAY. Tho annual conference of Chambers of Commerce hold under the allspices of tho . Association of Naiv Zealand Chambers of Commerce, will open in Wellington this morning. Mr. James Macintosh will preside* and the agenda paper is a- long one, containing many important matters for discussion. Tho conforenco will conclude on Thursday afternoon.
