Justice, Post and Telegraph, and Education. * The tournament will commence at. 9 a.m. sharp. Each team in a section will plav one game of sixteen heads with pacli of the othor three teams, and the winners of the two sections on each green will play off in a game of twenty-one heads. Tho final game between the winners on the two greens will take place on the following afternoon on the Thorndon green. Should two teams tie in a section,' tile winner will bo decided by a game of not more than ten. heads, hy mutual arrangemeut.
