WORSER BAY METHODIST SUNDAY SCHOOL

Favoured by Snuday's brilliant weather the Worser Bay Methodist Sunday School anniversary services were bold under the most pleasant conditions.. Three services were held, conducted by Revs E. Drake and J. Richards, and Lieut. H. Pettitt. The singing ot the scholars, under the baton ot Mi. 0. Wilton, was a most enjoyable feature, particularly pleasing being a hymn and chorus for girls by I. and Eggers, 0. Warring* F. Lynam, and N Latham. Misses D. lOrcher and J. and C. Eggers ;™ r O f re s ponsible for the other solo work. The accompanists for the day were Mrs. Moxham (piano), and Mr. P- Bennett ITie roport shows the school to be in a satisfactory position numerically and financially, with a stil , ° teachers and officers who are zealou workers. Mention is made of the fact that one of the entrants in the ast Sunday School Union Frances Huntington, received the pos sible marks in her grade, and that all the others ijcquitted themselves ci edit ably. ■ The fund being accumulated towards the building of a separate room for tho infant department.now stands at over £38.
