NEW AWARDS.

By agreement before the Conciliation Council, new awards have been obtained for builders' and general labourers in Napier. Hastings, and Wanganui. The hours for builders' labourers are fixed at 44 nor week, and for general labourers at 47 per week. Tho rate of pay agreed upon is Is. 3d. an hour, with a war bonus of 10 per cent.
