RETURNS MORE SATISFACTORY. Tho tramways return for the four weeks ended November 10 are rather more encouraging than some of the recent monthly tallies. The revenue for the period was £1386 better than for the corresponding four weeks cf last year, whilst tho advance in the working expenses was £690. The fourweekly return, compared with the corresponding period for last year, is as follows: —
