The caso against William George Ives, licensee of the hotel, was dismissed. • Margaret M'Gratli, barmaid at the Clarendon Hotel, was convicted on two charges of permitting shouting and was fined £5 on ono onlr. Two charges against the licensee l John Thomas Souper, of permitting treating were dismissed.
