On Sunday evening last ilia Boys' Institute Scouts attended church parade at the evening service. In all 115 boys attended. Mr. L. T. Watkins spoke on the life of the late Lord lloberts. Air. Watkins related many interesting phases of that wonderful personality, and brought; out many of tho good trniia in tho character of that great 6oldier.
