DRAWING TAKES PLACE ON MONDAY. The thirteenth ballot under the Military Sorvice Act will ho drawn on Monday noxt. About 5000 names tiro to bo drawn from tho roll of Class A of tho Second Division. Tho names of tho selected men will bo published in tho Gazette on December 5.
