Mr W. Ronton, of Featherston, lias received advice that his Ron Leslie, seriously wounded, is progressing favourably, following upon about two months' surgical treatment.

It was reported at yesterday's meetin" of the Wellington Hospital and Charitable Aid Board that Messrs. Oodkin, Walton, Griffiths, Norman, Carlson, and Quinn, of tho staff, had been called up and had gone into camp.
