•The Wairarapa Farmers Co-operative Association, Ltd., Stock Department, report: "We held a clearing salq on account of Mesere. Priest Bros., at Nircaha. Tho cows came forward in very fair condition, and met with very keen competition from a larse attendance of buyers; in fact, considering the latenees of tho eoason this was one of the best sales that wo have held this year, the whole herd making the satisfactory average of £13 15s 6d. Quotations :-Cows in milk. £12, £12 In. 6d., £13. £14, £14 10s., £14 12s. 6d., up to £17; cows, just calved, £16 to £17 10s.; cows, calving in December. £14, £15 55., to £17; yearling steers. £6 17s. 6d.; trap mare, £14."
