ADVANCE ON THE WEST FRONT DISORDERS IN RUSSIA NAVAL FIGHT IN HELIGOLAND BIGHT To-day's reports tell of a grim struggle on the Italian front, from the mountains to the eea. Sir Douglas Haig reporte the capture of a further seotion of tho Paeschendaele Ridgo and other ground to the west, and effective work by ! artillery and aircraft. The personnel of the new French Ministry is announced.
