Lhe plan of tho whole undertaking provides, at present, for the erection of a Bijou lhoat e to i ~T.n placo of tho Alexandra, Hall and Victoria Hall. It will Beat about S O people and will bo for use for concerts Hnnces. The offices in the building will also bo re-erected on up-to-dato lines. It is intended to put the whole work in hand with the least possible delay.
