Amendments to the War Precautions Regulations prohibit (ho shipment ot goods from Commonwealth ports without a written permit. Tho Customs Department may require a shipper, supplier, or packer to furnish a statutory declaration that goods have been pneked under trustworthy supervision. These amendments aim at a closer scrutiny of cargoes, in view of the recent firo and explosions.Press Assn.
