The mobilisation of the November draft of recruits is now proceeding, and will be completed by the end of tho week. The draft is known officially os tho 35A Reinforcement. The Thirty-fifth Reinforcement went into camp last month, and if there had been no chanßß in the monthly quotas this week's draft would htvvo been tho Thirty-sixth Reinforcement. But the reduction of tho quota has involved some adjustment of unite, and the - Thirty-sixth Reinforcement will not be mobilised until January. No draft will be taken into camp next month.. The date of the next ballot has not yet been announced. The ballot would take place normally at the end of this month, but it is likely that owing to the reduction of the quota and tho approach of the holidays it will be postponed.
