Mr. D. I[. Findlay, barrister and solicitor, of Wellington, has been appointed chairman of tho Third Wellington Militiryjjcrvice Board, in place of Colonel V. n. S. Moorhouse, who has been eomHjed to resign on account of continued fTM'-Mlth. The board will now consist of Tifossrs. D. M. Findloy (chairman). M. ~ Mack (secretary Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants), and A. O'L; [jonsuline, settler, of Martinboraugh, Ti'iiiratapa. .
