The attitude of the Government in regard to war service by aliens in '.he Dominion was referred to by the Mi -lister of Defence. Sir James Allen said the Government would be very glad to da all it could to assist aliens to to the front if they were naturalised. Thoso who were not naturalised but were loyal to tho Allies' cause, although it might not be possible to place them with the New Zealand Forces, the 6ovenmi»ut
