fltl London, November 11. rhe Pang 'Matin" states that the Intor-Allied War Committeo will be composed of the Prime Minister, another Minister, arid a representative oi tlie General Staff of each country. It will sit at least twice a month, and ..main permanently sitting whenever neceajarv. M. Doumer will be the second representative for France. This committee will collaborate with Generals loch, Cauorna, and Wilson. Tho "Observer" states that tho direction of tho vastly extended Allied fiont will involve an important lyarraneement of the military commands. General Jiavolle commands the French and British contingents in Italy. Mr. Lloyd Georgo is in the South of France, and is going home. General Foch will remain in 'Italy for some time. M.
