GERMANY'S POLITICAL TROUBLES
CRISIS ASSERTED TO BE OVER.
(Eec. November 12, 7.45 p.m.) Copenhagen, November 11. The leaders of tlio principal parties in the Iteichstag profess to believe that the new Government will secure n settlement ot the political crisis, that tho majority of tho parties have agreed on a programme which will be followed until tho end of the war, that the Parliament and the Government will no longer be antagonistic, and that German parliainentlßm is now an accomplished fact. ITerr von Euehlmann (Foreign Minister) has officially notified tho leaders of the solution of tho crisis.—Aus.-N.Z. Cablo Assn
