ARREST OF A RESERVIST
CHARGED WITH DEFAULTING AND THEFT. By Teleerash—Press Association. .■ Palmerston N., November 8. A-ireservist named John Franz Eugene Baucke, arrested at the foot-of the lararuas on Monday night as a military defaulter, was charged at the Police Court this morning with theft of articles from a dwelling at Aokautero. The police said they had further charges pending and asked for a remand till to-morrow, which, was granted. , .
