AN ELECTRICALLY - CONTROLLED CRAFT THAT PROVED A FIASCO. London, November fi. It is authoritatively stated that the electrically-controlled boat referred to in a recent Admiralty report was a largo nntrol-drivon surface vessel of torpedoliko shape, filled with explosives, and paying out "a thin wire connected with the shorn, by tflueh it was controlled, whilst aircraft conned its movements. The first boat of tho kind was tried 6k months ago, and dashed at high speed into a neighbouring nier, and wrecked tho harbnur works.
