There are magnificent opportunities for the establishment of factories to deal with the following:— Canned fruits ami bottled syrups, biscuits and confectionery, soap and candles, coconut oil and fibre, .and canned meats, lu the capital, Suva, there are splendid opportunities for progressive business men. An up-to-date butchery is an urgent necessity, anil would prove a splendid investment. There is room, too, for a chemist's business, and a hairdresser's also. The establishment of a foundry is also much desired." The writer concludes: "The climate is no hardship to any man—it is enjoyable and healthful."
