It has also provided, through (the Statute Law Amendment Act, that dairy companies shall have power "to ipurcrfase shares in, or otherwise to ns.sist : and promote onv othor company formed, ■'or proposed to bo fqrroed," for the erection of cool stores and freezing works • and the carrying on of the business of ■ refrigeration. A considerable extension • of the cool storage space availablo for butter and cheese is likely (o'bo made vender these powers. Refrigerating plant .
