PEES, SALARIES, AND EXPENSES.
The following return was presented to the House of Representatives on Thursday, showing the salaries, fees, and expenses paid to members of the Transport Board from August 17, 1914, to July 31, 1917:- . , ; . Captain Walker has received no salary, but drew ,£2012 17s. in fees (J3 3s. a day when employed) and .£97 12s. expenses. Captain Post has received .£ISOO salary and .£452 9s. 2d. expenses. J. Macpherson ,£1074 salary, and .£591 Ss. Id. expenses. Captain Stringer .£975 salary and £65 17s. 6d. exnenses. Major W. L. Tlobinson has received ,£1026 Is. Id. salary and ,£IOO ss. id. expenses. All the preceding have received in addition a .£SO bouus each.
