AFFECTING NEW ZEALANDEKS GOING TO AUSTRALIA. (Kec. November 3, 0.15 a.m.) ; . Melbourne, November 2. A war.precautions regulation requires '| New Zoalandors who enter the Commonwealth and who have undertaken to return to do so when requested by the authorities. Failure to comply will lead to arrest and deportation. New Zealanders who are liable to military, service and who left without permission may bo required to return.—Press Association.
