Youth's Hchool-bools will cost about its. a pair. All standard boots are (o he made of tho best leather, and it is expected that they will bo in great demand. In connection with tho release of leather for the purpose,' tho factors' and merchants' profits have already been fixed. The fixing similarly of profits for the boot manufacturer and retailer is now in course of settlement. The matter is in tho hands of tho War Office Contracts Department, which conhols the leather supplies of the country.
