■A hot sun, tempered by a cool southerly air, mado yesterday a delight to those privileged to be out in the open. =.Kecent week-end weather prophecies have been uniformly disheartening but the Government. Meteorologist holds out promise that the.present week-end will not at nil events be a stormy one. Present; indications, ho states, are for southerly breezes, cool and fair to cloudy conditions,- with local- showers, -The barometer has n' rising tendency.
