At the Supreme Court criminal sittings, Alfred Ernest Craddock, convicted yesterday of fraudulent conversion of trust moneys, was further i-harged with the theft of various Bums—from tho trustees of the Trench Estate, i'56G 10s.; W. J. Trench, .£7O; Samuel Gallagher, ,£250; and Edward Adidas. .-£292. Accused pleaded guilty to, the charge concerning tho Trench Estate and W. J. lrench. In connection with the other cases, to which he pleaded not guilty, no evidence was offered, and a formal verdict of r.ot guilty was returned.
